    Manage complete Recruitment Lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

    Coordinate Interview Scheduling, Candidate Evaluation and Offer Management.

    Handle employee Onboarding, Orientation and Documentation Processes.
  • bullet
    Maintain employee records through HRMS/HRIS Systems.
  • bullet
    Process Payroll Inputs, Attendance and Leave Management Activities.
  • bullet
    Support Employee Engagement Programs, Events and Team-Building Activities.
  • bullet
    Address employee concerns and support positive Employee Relations.
  • bullet
    Assist in Performance Reviews, Feedback Collection and Development Programs.
  • bullet
    Ensure compliance with HR Policies, Company Procedures and Labour Regulations.
  • bullet
    Generate HR reports, employee data analysis and management updates.
  • bullet
    Conduct Exit Interviews and Employee Separation Processes.
  • bullet
    Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and workplace culture.
