Refund Policy


Thank you for doing business with us. We will do our level best to offer quality services to our clients. Please take time and check the software functionalities using our online demo. Before purchasing, make sure that you have checked the demo and that your server supports our software requirements.

Refunds will be given on below-mentioned circumstances only. If you feel that our software does not sufficiently meet your needs, You can contact our support team anytime. We value customer satisfaction and will be happy to answer all the questions. In case, if you are not completely satisfied with our services you can raise the refund queries to our support team.

  • Refund will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of payment.
  • Domain Name Registration, Hosting, and Design-related services are NOT refundable. Once you purchase, you are its owner and it cannot be “returned” until the duration of the term has expired.
  • Our Money-back guarantee applies only to software purchases. It’s not included in any upgrade or customization request.
  • Finding a bug in our software is not a relevant reason for a refund. If you do find bugs, please report them to our support team, so that we can fix them as soon as possible.

Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly paid to your account through which mode you have ordered. All refunds will take a maximum of 20 working days to process.
